Model Hamisa Mobetto is being questioned by Tanzanian Police over a leaked steamy video. This is after actress Kajala Masanja, who is Harmonize’s new girlfriend, accused her of recording it.
Wait, How Did It Start?
Well, it all started when Masanja apparently allowed Hamisa to take her daughter Paula Kajala out for lunch. Masanja alleges that Hamisa instead took Paula to singer Rayvanny’s house and recorded her as she got drunk.
She says that her daughter was not in the right state of mind while the videos were being recorded. Paula Kajala is a high school student set to join Form 5 in a few months.
In a long Instagram post, Kajala lamented on the events. She called out Hamisa for what she termed as irresponsible behaviour on her part.
“She is a parent and she should have put herself in my shoes and asked what would have happened. She should have asked how would she would have felt if I were to do the same”
What Was Hamisa’s Reply
Hamisa came out to defend herself from the claims saying she is being portrayed negatively for no reason.
In a rejoinder post, she says she rightfully asked the mother for permission after a request she received from Paula. Hamisa adds that Masanja granted her permission to take her out for lunch and that’s all they did.
Hamisa denies taking Paula to Rayvanny’s house.
Yes, I took your daughter for lunch and all that time, I was updating you on our whereabouts,”
said Hamisa.
She instead claims that the events that happened on the leaked video occurred on a different date.
“When I was with her, she had a different hairstyle from when she was with Rayvanny,”
she added.
The businesswoman-cum-model has threatened to take legal action over the said allegations, as they are tarnishing her image.
“You’ll hear from my lawyer. Rest assured I will not let this pass in vain, I think it will be a good lesson and for those who have grown to tarnish my name with their nonsense,”
stated Hamisa.
Backlash
The video has received backlash from many Tanzanians. The Tanzanian authorities have strict laws in relation to public displays of affection and decency. However, Rayvanny’s involvement with a minor is what has angered many.
Bongo star Harmonize also came out to defend her girl Masanja. He condemned Rayvanny for the video, saying it was affecting Paula’s future.
“Why don’t you just make music? You don’t need to get yourself into things like this.”
Sallam SK Calls Harmonize A Rat
On the other hand, Diamond’s manager Sallam SK has condemned Harmonize for his remarks. He says that Harmonize is using the issue to bring down Rayvanny.
“That rat is going through all the trouble to ensure his fellow musician gets into trouble. Let me give you news brother, we don’t need your prayers. Maybe you can take them to the hospital to restore your ability to have kids and raise them on your own, not renting other people’s children,”
said Sallam.

Sallam and Harmonize have not seen eye to eye ever since the latter left Diamond’s label WCB Wasafi.
